1. No Refunds or Returns

• Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue must be shared with us via email or WhatsApp.
Non-Eligible Returns:
• Products that are not damaged or incorrect.
• Returns requested due to change of mind or personal reasons.
2. Refunds
We do not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
• For eligible returns, we will provide the equivalent amount in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
• Store credits do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
3. Cancellations
• Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
• Please review your cart and details carefully before confirming your order.
4. Shipping Issues
• If a delivery fails due to the customer being unavailable at the provided address, the order will be returned to us.
• In such cases:
• Reshipping is possible at the customer’s expense.
• Alternatively, we will provide store credit for the product value (excluding shipping charges and return charges).
