Return is applicable only if the product is damaged supported with images of the damaged item. Please write to foreverchiquestore@gmail.com for returns with your order id and images of the damaged item. Items can be returned within 30 days from the order date if damaged or broken.

We don’t have a return policy or exchange policy!

Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 5-7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not provide exchange services as our items sell out very fast.
we require an unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.

Where is my package?
After your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot provide you with any additional information than what your tracking shows.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders will be processed next day of placing it and will take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Why aren't you replying on whatsapp?

NO, our jewelry is Tarnish Free, Waterproof and 18k Gold plated. It wont lose color or Fade at all. Buy once, use forever.

Can we return the product if we dont like it?

We don't have a return or exchange policy. Incase of damages, we provide free replacements.
