Return and Exchange Policy

At Foreverchiuestore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your jewelry, and we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and replacements:

Damaged or Broken Items:

If your jewelry arrives damaged or broken, we offer a full replacement of the same item. To process this, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Report the damage to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear pictures of the damaged product and an unboxing video to help us assess the issue.

Once we receive the required documentation, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, we can assist with an exchange of the same item or a different item of equal or lesser value. However, please note:

  • We charge a non-refundable exchange fee of ₹150 to cover shipping and handling.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging for an exchange to be processed.

Store Credit:

We do not offer cash refunds. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to exchange it, we offer store credit for the value of the returned item. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email our customer service team at Foreverchiquestore@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Include photos and an unboxing video (if applicable) for damaged or broken items.
  3. Once we confirm the details, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.


Where is my package?
After your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot provide you with any additional information than what your tracking shows.
